~ Slow Flow Yoga and Guided Meditation ~

This class is designed for students of all levels to experience yoga as a moving meditation. Slow Flow uses the breath to link together the postures (asanas) creating a moving meditation using your breath as your guide. Sessions often include a theme with the intention of elevating your self-awareness to create a deeper mind-body-spirit connection. Following the 60 minute slow flow yoga class, you will be guided through a 15 minute meditation to support you in integrating your yoga practice.
Come learn to use your yoga practice as a moving meditation, allowing your breath to be your anchor through challenges – both on and off the mat – and to serve as a conduit to peace, clarity and a greater sense of compassion for self and others.

A special thanks to Devinne Whittaker of Devs Bev’s who organized and asked us to be apart of the Summer Wellness Saturday Series. Soak in the sight of the beautiful beach and Gulf waters, while doing yoga and breathwork. The space is located on their back patio and is shaded with overhead fans to keep you cool. In this class you will be revitalized with light Kundalini yoga movements of which are suitable for beginners. The movement part allows you to drop deeper into your body and experience a peaceful mind. Following the movement you will experience several elevating breathwork meditations. You will leave feeling energized and lighter! Class will complete with a relaxing gong bath.
