~ Slow Flow Yoga and Guided Meditation ~

This class is designed for students of all levels to experience yoga as a moving meditation. Slow Flow uses the breath to link together the postures (asanas) creating a moving meditation using your breath as your guide. Sessions often include a theme with the intention of elevating your self-awareness to create a deeper mind-body-spirit connection. Following the 60 minute slow flow yoga class, you will be guided through a 15 minute meditation to support you in integrating your yoga practice.
Come learn to use your yoga practice as a moving meditation, allowing your breath to be your anchor through challenges – both on and off the mat – and to serve as a conduit to peace, clarity and a greater sense of compassion for self and others.

Come join us as we harness the cooling lunar “yin” energy that is responsible for regeneration and rejuvenation. Paige will guide you through a 60 minute soothing, gentle flow moon salutation, followed by a new moon “intention setting” guided meditation and crystal bowl sound bath

9:30 am-10:00 am Opening Circle
10:00 am-11:00 am Kundalini Yoga Class with Ashley Frederick
Get your energy moving right away with kundalini yoga, followed by a short gong bath. Kundalini is a unique type of yoga that offers deep spiritual transformation through breathwork, physical movements, chanting and meditation. Starting the retreat with kundalini yoga will help to quiet the mind and open you up to a deeper experience.
11:00 am-11:15 am Snack Break
We provide you with a healthy snack.
11:15 am-11:45 am – Breathwork with Dr. Tricia
In this class you will learn a breathwork technique that you can practice and use on a regular basis. You will also experience a guided breathwork session that will release toxins, stress and stuck emotions in the body. It will bring you into a state of peaceful bliss.
11:45 am- 12:15 am Journaling/ Inner reflection with Dr. Tricia
Through mindfully chosen questions, we will tap into the subconscious mind and discover what is holding us back from living our best life. The combination of visualization, journaling and being in the group energy creates a powerful transformative experience where we can finally let go!
12:15 pm- 1:00 pm Lunch and Optional Ice Baths
We will provide you with a delicious vegetarian lunch provided by Devs Bevs. At this time, you are welcome to experience a guided ice bath session with Dev. She will walk you through the experience of cold plunging. Cold plunging has many physical, mental and spiritual benefits.
1:00 pm-2:00 pm Sound Bath and Energy Healing with Dr. Tricia and Karen Chambers
Fall into the deepest state of relaxation with sound therapy and energy healing. Each person will receive energy healing while listening to the sounds of sacred instruments. This powerful combination of energy healing and sound therapy can help to release emotional blockages, reduce stress stored in the body, balance the energy systems and create a profound sense of peace.
2:00 pm-2:20 pm Sacred Ceremony with Karen Chambers This ceremony takes place in our little special Aluna garden.
2:20 pm-3:10 pm Inner Voice with Ashley Frederick
This class gently guides you into hearing your inner voice more clearly. Utilize your breath and awareness to connect with the still small voice of your own wisdom, your intuition, your inner voice. Receive guidance from your own inner wisdom to the questions that loop through your mind on a daily basis and the areas in your life that you feel stuck. Allowing the space to receive the wisdom of your inner voice brings lightness and clarity to your being.
3:10 pm-3:45 pm Identifying and Strengthening your Intuitive Skills with Dr. Tricia
Everyone has the ability to develop and strengthen their intuition. In this class you will practice guided visualization meditations and learn how to tap into your own magical intuitive skills.
3:45 pm-4:00 pm Shake it out Break
4:00 pm-4:30 pm Manifesting Magic with Dr. Tricia
This class is so much fun! You have the powerful ability to call in miracles for your life. In this class you will learn and practice an ancient yogic chant for manifesting. You will also learn Tricia’s method for manifesting with some journaling involved.
4:30-5:15 ish Beach Meditation and Closing Circle with Dr. Tricia and Ashley Frederick
We will experience our last class on the beach, just steps outside from Aluna. Deepen your connection to the earth with this guided mindful beach meditation and mindfulness exercise. We will teach you how you can do this mindfulness meditation any time you are outside. The retreat closing ceremony will take place here on the beach. You are more than welcome to wear your bathing suits and end your retreat with a swim in the cool waters of the gulf.

The full moon is a wonderful opportunity to let go of what is no longer serving us to create space for all that is in our highest and best. Please join us as we draw from the transformative energy of the full moon through a 60 minute gentle flow designed for all levels. Following will be a 30 minute full moon meditation with crystal bowls to help set the manifestation in motion through a powerful letting go ritual.
